Restrict to one triage status (one of the accepted statuses); omitted lists every status.

trafficboolean

false leaves drivers' traffic reports (the traffic-* categories) out, true lists only them; omitted lists both. The public map-health page asks for false, so traffic reports never crowd map errors out of the 200-row cap.
