Clears the store-review label, returning the identity to ordinary behaviour: subsequent `POST /v1/keys` calls issue it provisional keys again, exactly like any other identity.

Keys ALREADY issued under the label keep working: this revokes the exemption, not the keys. Revoke those with DELETE /admin/keys/{id}, which is the existing and correct tool for it.
