Makes one version of a design per language: the words translated and, on a video, the voice-over spoken in that language by a stock voice and fitted to the cut. Prices, product names and the brand are never translated. Without confirm it only quotes the credits per language and queues nothing; with confirm: true it queues the request and returns its id. Uses credits.
