Adds an exported file to one of the store's ad campaigns as a draft ad creative. It reaches the ad account only once someone approves it on the ads page. With platform instead of campaign_id it is kept ready for a campaign not made yet, and whoever approves it chooses the campaign. A Meta ad needs a headline. Asking again for the same file and campaign returns the draft that exists instead of a second one.
