Is this RHC deployer getting better or worse? (BASIC+)

Streak, rolling-rate and trend shape for one Robinhood Chain deployer, so you can tell a deployer on the way up from one coasting on old hits. Field names keep the Solana bond wording for drop-in compatibility, but success_metric states what was actually counted: the $40K graduation, deliberately NOT the $100K tier bar — $100K is rare enough that most deployers would return an all-zero curve. Unknown wallets return 200 with is_deployer: false (never a 404). Tier: BASIC.
