Get one RHC copy-trade rule (PRO+)

Fetch one Robinhood Chain copy-trade rule you own, addressed by the numeric id path param. Returns its source wallets, minimum trade size in ETH, buy / sell filter, sizing mode and amount, delivery config (webhook, websocket or both) and is_active state. 400 for a non-numeric id, 404 if the id doesn't exist or isn't yours.
