Batch Schedule

Set / enable / disable the recurring schedule (R3: daily, weekly, monthly). Firing is period-based (server date): daily fires on the first scheduler tick after midnight, weekly on Monday, monthly on the 1st — at most once per period. Each firing computes a FRESH estimate and refuses to run (recording a cancelled run + emailing you) when the estimate exceeds the credit ceiling or your balance (G2) — a schedule never surprises you with a bill.
