Batch Run Create

Queue a run. Computes and stores a fresh estimate (G1) and refuses with 402 when the account balance is below the estimate — nothing is billed until rows actually serve (R13). The worker picks the run up within seconds; watch progress on the run endpoint and download partials any time.
