Get nodes for a provider

The node row a stranger may read (DAH-3462): GET /provider-stats/{miner_hotkey}/executors answers without credentials because the marketplace provider page (/provider/{miner_hotkey}) shows it to signed-out visitors. So the row carries the fields the public /executors listing already publishes (dtos/executor.py ExecutorForPodResponse, specs cut down to ExecutorPublicSpecsResponse) plus the six that page shows and the listing does not (executor_ip_port, finished_jobs, verified, reclaimed, reclaimed_at, created_at). The rest of the Executor row stays private: miner_coldkey, executor_id, executor_ssh_port, gpu_uuid_anchor, availability_errors and the other verification internals.
