Cli Auth Session Status

What the approval page shows: the request's state, when it was made and from where. It never returns or uses up the key, so the page never takes the key meant for the CLI's GET /poll. A pending request has no owner yet; once approved it belongs to the approving user, and anyone else gets 404. The path takes the approval page's id from browser_url, never the CLI's session id.
