Hourly rentals, GPU-hours and mean price per GPU model (data partners only)

One row per closed UTC hour and GPU model with usage in the last hours hours: hour_utc, gpu_model, rentals (pods running in the hour), gpu_hours (GPU-time inside the hour) and mean_price_per_gpu_hour_usd (weighted by those GPU-hours). Aggregates only, never a renter, provider or node. Data partners only.
