Alternatives to a pending price raise

While the pod has a pending provider price raise (pending_price), up to three nodes from the public listing with the same GPU type that fit the pod's GPU count at or below what the pod pays now, cheapest first. A pod rented Secure is offered Secure nodes only; the pod's own node is never listed. alternatives is empty when there is no pending raise or no such node. Read-only: renting one is an ordinary new rental.
