Get the account's event log

Changed on

Every event recorded for the account, newest first: pod rent requests, creations, reboots, deletions and their reasons, API/SSH key, template and workspace changes. Each entry names the actor — the browser session or the API key (id and name) that made the request; platform-initiated events carry no actor. Filter by since, pod_id (also answers for deleted pods) and api_key_id. An API key needs the read scope.
