Retrieve a memory value

Fetch one JSON value by key for the authenticated agent. 404 MEMORY_KEY_NOT_FOUND when absent. Reserved path: the fixed route GET /v1/memory/context takes precedence — a memory key literally named context cannot be read via this path (use list or semantic search to inspect it if stored).
