POST /api/v1/predictions/markets/<id>/resolve/

Declare the winning outcome and pay out winners.

Requires: staff user, market must be 'frozen'.

Response on success (HTTP 200): { "total_payout": "1234.56", "reserve_returned": "456.78", "winners": 42 }

Errors: 400 — invalid body or MarketError 401 — not authenticated 403 — not staff 404 — market not found
