Submit a sponsored ad creative for the Squid Pass auction.

Supports pre-submission: users can submit their ad BEFORE winning the auction so it goes live instantly when they win. The security invariant is that only verified winners get dispatched to Bot HQ and senators.

FLOW:

1. User submits creative with wallet address
2. Backend checks wallet against latest Squid Pass auction winner 3a. If wallet MATCHES winner → status='sponsored_paid', dispatch to Bot HQ immediately 3b. If wallet DOESN'T match → status='awaiting_auction', stored quietly (no dispatch)
3. activate_squidpass_winners command promotes held creatives when auction settles
4. Admin approves within 6h → published to all channels

Accepts POST with:

• url: Landing page URL (required)
• buyer_wallet: Ethereum wallet address (required)
• headline: Ad headline (optional, auto-generated from URL)
• success_goal: Campaign success metric (optional)
• success_notes: Additional campaign notes (optional)
• x_text: Separate 𝕏 post copy (optional, defaults to headline)
• source: Brand/source name override (optional, extracted from URL if not provided)
• publish_at: Requested launch time as ISO-8601 UTC string (optional, max 7 days out)
