Update success tracking goals for an ad.

No status guard — success goals can be set at any point in the lifecycle. Requires wallet authentication to verify ownership.

Accepts POST with:

  • success_goal: What the buyer considers a successful campaign (optional)
  • success_notes: Additional notes about campaign goals (optional)
