Preview of the bulk start list export: exactly the matches the export with the same parameters would export (same plan logic, no second truth), as JSON instead of a file. Matches with startTime null would block the export (STARTLIST_MATCHES_WITHOUT_START_TIME) - deselect them via the export's matchIds parameter. RaceClocker feeds are fetched (also without delta mode) whenever the plan contains competitions with an assigned race, so missingInRaceClocker carries information; an unreachable race fails the preview like it fails the export.

Whether the match is missing in the feed of the competition's assigned RaceClocker race. Trivially true everywhere in delta mode (the others are already filtered out); without delta the flag carries the information. Absent/null = no race assigned, there is nothing to compare against.
