Smart-money composite scan

Latest per-ticker smart-money composite score, ranked by absolute score. The score is a deterministic blend in -100 to +100 of up to four public filing legs: insider clusters, congressional trades, 13F institutional holdings, and FINRA short-sale volume. A positive score means net buying in the filings and a negative one net selling (the sign is a direction, not advice), and every leg is listed with its own weight, contribution, and as_of date so you can judge what drove the number. When a leg is absent its weight is redistributed across the legs that are present, so families_present tells you how many legs actually contributed. The score is then scaled by how many independent families corroborate it (1 leg caps at +-35, 2 at +-70, 3 at +-88, 4 at the full +-100), so a broadly corroborated reading outranks a lone extreme one. consensus_score is the unscaled weighted mean and conviction (0-1) is the corroboration factor on its own. Filter with min_families to require agreement across several legs. Event-framed and descriptive, not advice.
