Congressional trades feed

Recent US congressional trade disclosures: House periodic transaction reports from the Clerk of the House (Senate filings are not ingested). Optionally scope to one ticker. direction is derived from the trade type (buy→bull, sell→bear). Amounts are the filed ranges. Disclosure lags the trade by up to ~45 days by law. Each row carries the filed PTR document in source_url and citation (citation.filed is the disclosure date; accession_number is always null, a PTR has no SEC accession).
