Post Kol Outreach Rewrite

Rewrite the cached EN outreach draft per the operator's instruction (e.g. "make it more casual", "mention their latest product review"). Reads the existing draft from cache, runs one LLM call, upserts the rewritten draft back into the same row. Costs settings.outreach_rewrite_cost_credits (default 1).

Charge-then-generate semantics (same pattern as deep-overview):

  • 402 if combined workspace + personal balance can't cover it.
  • On AIGatewayError after the debit, the workspace half is refunded immediately; the personal half — if any — needs the operator to mail-in support.
