Aggregate everything we know about this handle across platforms.

Two sources for "linked" rows:

  1. A DBAuthor with the same username on a different platform (means we've actually scraped them there).
  2. DBContact.instagram / .youtube strings on the primary row — pointers we know about but haven't scraped, surfaced so the user can click out + know to add a discovery plan for it.
