Get Review Assignees

Distinct users assigned to at least one of the company's reviews.

Powers the Reviews "Assigned to" filter. Derived from the reviews rather than the company roster so the options match what the column can show: teammates with no reviews are left out, and users who have since been deactivated stay filterable while their name is still rendered.
