Offer - Record Impression

Called by the SPA when an offer clears its viewport / render threshold. Records one offer.offer_impression row and returns its id so the SPA can thread it into the subsequent click call. HMAC-only + session-optional; best-effort (always 200 unless the body is malformed).

Impression recorded (or silently skipped).

Pagination and context metadata. Always present, empty object ({}) when no metadata applies to the response.

Empty array on success. On failure, human-readable error strings suitable for surfacing to end users.
