Offer - Click + Submit

One call for single-action offer forms: records the offer_click and then runs the full submission (disqualify check, conditional pre-ping, offer_conversion) against that click. The click persists even if the submission is disqualified or pre-ping-rejected (it is a real funnel event). Pass offer_impression_id to chain from an earlier impression. Same session + gating semantics as /submit; the response additionally returns offer_click_id.

Pagination and context metadata. Always present, empty object ({}) when no metadata applies to the response.

Empty array on success. On failure, human-readable error strings suitable for surfacing to end users.
