List customer support conversations

Returns up to 50 conversation summaries ordered by updatedAt descending and ID descending. Includes your own and organization-shared conversations. A role never grants access to another person's private conversation. Requires support.read and a user token. Organization API keys cannot call this operation. No operator or staff access is granted.

Query parameters

organizationIdstring

For lists, omit to use the saved organization. A known conversation resolves its organization independently; pass this to require a specific organization.

cursorstring

Opaque nextCursor returned by the same operation. Bound to the organization and user for lists, and to the organization and conversation for messages. A conversation checkpoint can also be used here to poll for new messages.
