List runtime key metadata

Reads one provider page. Secret key material is never returned. A page may contain zero items and still have a continuation when foreign metadata was filtered. Cursors are scoped to the project and organization. Requires consent.keys.read and projects.read, with an admin or owner role. Organization API keys cannot call this operation.
