The connectable catalogue: every sources[] entry of every pack the tenant has (builtin and installed, with its consent state), each with an availability — ready, disabled (the connector’s SOURCE_KIND switch is off), missing (this build ships no such connector), agent (stdio MCP, local-agent host) or external (the publisher pushes) — and the connector’s static configExample / credentialHint; plus the shipped connectors with their switches and the two operator fences (fsRoots, egressAllowPrivate). Read-only; never runs a connector, never reveals a credential. Source plane operator surface (docs/roadmap/raw-evidence-sources-2026-09.md) — answers a bare 404 until SOURCE_PLANE_ENABLED=1.
