Disconnect a source

Deletes the connection and its catalogue rows. The documents, assets and facts they produced STAY (the facts-survive philosophy of pack uninstall): deletePolicy governs a source deleting an item, not an operator disconnecting a source. Source plane operator surface (docs/roadmap/raw-evidence-sources-2026-09.md) — answers a bare 404 until SOURCE_PLANE_ENABLED=1.
