The connection’s catalogue
One row per external item the connection has seen — identity by location (externalId), the revision last enumerated vs the one the stored content was fetched at, the document / asset / episode it produced, and its state (seen | fetched | indexed | gone). Source plane operator surface (docs/roadmap/raw-evidence-sources-2026-09.md) — answers a bare 404 until SOURCE_PLANE_ENABLED=1.
