Publish or unpublish your own Funko Me figure

Clerk-session only. Flips the CALLER's own publicShare switch; there is no field naming a target, so it can never publish somebody else. Default is false. Reversible. The agent-token path to the same switch is the MCP tool ic_funko_set_public (scope funko:write).
