Update Highlight Video

Generate custom highlight video using user-defined time segments.

Creates a highlight reel by concatenating specific video segments chosen by the user. The process runs asynchronously.

Args: video_id: The unique video ID for which highlights are being generated segments: List of time segments with start_millis and end_millis timestamps user_info: Authenticated user information

Returns: HighlightGenerateResponse: Contains video_id, status="queue", and processing message

Raises: InvalidParams: If segments list is empty InvalidUser: If user doesn't own the video UserVideoException: If segment timestamps are invalid: - Both start and end are 0 - Start equals end - Start is greater than or equal to end - Timestamps are out of video duration bounds CreditExpired: If user has insufficient credits VideoNotFound: If video doesn't exist or is not completed

Credit Usage: 10 credits per minute of video duration. Enterprise plans: 5 credits per minute.
