Delete Faces

Delete specified faces from a video while ensuring at least one face remains.

People linked to a deleted face lose that link; a link to a speaker is kept. Repeated ids in one request count once.

Errors: 404 when a face id is not on the video (this includes a face that was already deleted, so a retried delete can treat it as done); 409 with detail last_face when the request would delete every face. Neither changes anything.
