Create snapshot from a virtual machine

Creates a snapshot for the specific virtual machine. For more information about snapshots, see Snapshot.

State requirement: This operation requires the VM to be in the ACTIVE or SHUTOFF state and no concurrent snapshot to already be in progress for the same VM.
