Get virtual machine logs

Retrieves the console logs for a specific virtual machine (VM) in Hyperstack. A virtual machine must be in the ACTIVE state to retrieve logs. To use this endpoint, include the VM's unique identifier (vm_id) in the path and the request_id obtained from the Request Virtual Machine Logs API as a query parameter.
