Replies to one YouTube comment, from the official Data API v3 (comments.list?id= as the anchor + comments.list?parentId=, 2 quota units). Same contract as youtube/video/comments: text, date and like count, and who wrote each reply is not returned. The anchor is not optional -- parentId returns an empty list both for a parent with no replies and for an id that does not exist. The author of the envelope carries only the channel id: the comment resource has no channelTitle, and a name nobody asked for is not worth another quota unit.
