Carrier quotes

Search the carrier's class table by meaning

Changed on

The carrier's classes that mean what q says, best first, from its whole class table (Coterie's appetite workbook; the ISO class list for LIO and Blitz): matches[] with value, label and available (false outside the carrier's appetite). Empty for a carrier whose class list is its question's own options.
