Server-sent events when the workspace changes

Changed on

text/event-stream. Emits connected once with the current change cursor, then changed (data {submission_id, cursor}) whenever any application or the shared facts change (a checkpoint, a mapping pass, a carrier result), with comment heartbeats between. The stream lives at most 60 seconds or until the token expires — reconnect to keep listening. On changed, re-read the workspace.
