Update Deal Touch Settings

Turn deal touches or sent-mail capture on or off, or change the look-back window. Admin only; send at least one field.

Changing the window rebuilds every cached timeline in the background (rebuild_pending). Sent-mail capture cannot be on while enabled is false.
