Search Deal Touches

Propose touches from the deal owner's Sent mail. WRITES NOTHING; accept records the ones you pick.

Personal key only: the search reads the OWNER's mailbox, so the caller must be the deal owner or an org admin (an admin's search of someone else's mailbox is audit-logged). 409 deal_touch_disabled / deal_touch_sent_capture_disabled while the organisation has not turned capture on.
