List Streams

List available tracking streams (sites) for this organization.

Returns each stream's ID, user-friendly name (domain or label), associated domains, and write key. The caller should select one and pass its id to the snippet endpoint.

Streams belong to the organization, not to the repository: every stream of the org is listed, and repo_id on each one names the connected repository already using it (null when none does). The repository must exist in the caller's organization (404 otherwise). The org-level equivalent that needs no repository is GET /streams.
