Edit Quote As Draft

Convert a sent quote back into an editable draft via void+clone.

Voids the existing signing envelope (so the recipient's link stops resolving), marks the source voided, and creates a fresh draft with all the line items copied across. Returns {new_quote_id, new_quote_number, voided_envelope_id, source_quote_id}. The caller should navigate to / update the new draft.
