Backups

List the external-service child backups that belong to a parent backup.

Changed on

Each entry in children corresponds to one external_service_backups row, joined with external_services so the caller receives the service name and type without a second request.

Returns an empty { "children": [] } — not 404 — when the parent backup exists but has no children (e.g. control-plane backups). Returns 404 when the parent backup itself does not exist.
