Call Recording Available

v1 equivalent: CALL_RECORDING_AVAILABLE (flat payload).

Sent when a signed, time-limited link to download a completed call's recording becomes available. This event only fires for calls that have a recording, and data.recording is populated on every delivery.

recording.downloadUrl is valid for up to 1 hour from when this event is sent. Check recording.expiresAt and fetch the recording well before that time — once it expires the link stops working and cannot be reissued for this event.

customerLoadInternalId on this event depends on your TMS integration supplying an internal identifier for the load; it is not guaranteed to be populated for every load.
