List the workspace's InfiniBand clusters (?include_ended=)

List the InfiniBand clusters in your workspace. Each item shows the name, state, chip, nodes, gpus, and the nodes with their rank and state. While a cluster waits, wait says why. include_ended: true also lists ended clusters, most recent first. The states are queued, preparing, starting, running, ending, ended and failed. A failed cluster carries failure, which says why it ended.
