clusters

Delete an InfiniBand cluster: billing stops, every node and disk is deleted

Delete an InfiniBand cluster and all its nodes. Billing stops on every node in this call, and the answer is state "ending". Then we delete each node and its disk, and the cluster reaches "ended" in the background. Deleting a cluster deletes the disks of all its nodes. Save what you need first (export_data to storage). A second call on an ending or ended cluster returns it.
