One InfiniBand cluster: state, nodes, wait, and rate
Show one InfiniBand cluster by name. The answer shows its state, the nodes with their rank and state, the private network, and the rate. While the cluster waits, wait says what it waits for and since when. Poll it after create_cluster until state is "running". Then run your command on every node (run_command on <name>-0, <name>-1, and the rest). A failed cluster carries failure, which says why it ended. A name whose cluster ended shows the most recent ended cluster.
