Get wallet spend and token usage summary

Returns today and month-to-date token cost, real-money spend, and count of pending approvals for a wallet. ?scope=subtree (management key only) rolls the numbers up across every pool beneath the wallet.

Optional with an agent key — the key's own wallet is used. Required with a management key.
