Unlink conversation person

Mis-link recovery: detach one participant from its playtables person. Unlinking the primary counterpart clears primary_person_sid, playtables activities stop flowing for the thread, and stoplist protection falls back to the local do_not_contact block. A participant that carries no link answers 409 participant_not_linked, and one that belongs to another thread is a 422.
