Stoplist conversation counterpart

The human add-to-stoplist: hard-block the agent on this counterpart. It stamps do_not_contact, supersedes the live plan, cancels the thread's pending runs, parked drafts and queued sends, closes the thread, and pushes every counterpart identifier (LinkedIn member id, slug, email) to the playtables stoplist so no campaign touches them. Destructive: queued agent work is gone, not paused. Idempotent; the local block holds and the push is retried until playtables answers.

  • Operation action, response envelope action.
  • Flags: dangerous: the MCP layer gates it behind a preview/commit token, and the effect cannot be undone through this API.
